Theme update error

We are getting an error message whenever we try to update the theme.

Error message is: An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Thank you Aizaz, the theme was updated and the product images have improved. However, the image height still looks awkward. I tried to change the layout settings for the images however they are appearing vertical instead of horizontal.

Hello,

Go to Theme Setting> Single product> Images and You can choose a different page layout depending on the product image size you need.

The best solution is to upload images of the same size.
