    Hi,

When I activate a prebuilt website e.g. Camping the total theme is messed up. How can this be? This worked well in the past.

    Kind Regards,
    Matties

    Hello,

In order to upload the demo content, all the plugins related to the theme should be installed and activated. Navigate to WoodMart > Pre-Built Websites and the demo: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/installation-process/

If the demo is not working. Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.
Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already it will conflict with your existing posts and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

If the issue remains, try to Increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.

If the issue still remains, share the valid WP login details of your site and tell us which demo you want to import so I can check and import the demo on your site.

    Best Regards,

Thanks a lot! I see it’s working. One other question. Normally I could easily edit the page inline with Woodmart, but I don’t see this option when I want to edit a page? Could you show me the easy way to edit the homepage?

Also I am trying to remove the nature background on the homepage, but don’t see this option for the camping template?

    Hello,

    01. Go to Pages > All Pages in your WordPress dashboard.
Find your Homepage and click Edit with Elementor to edit the page.

    02. Can you please share a screenshot for a better understanding of which image you want to remove?

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

The background image can be changed via the “Featured image” area in Dashboard -> Slides > Edit camping slide: https://ibb.co/4RzYszdj

    Please follow this guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-cat/woodmart-slider/

Thanks! I easily want to remove some parts of the homepage. See attachments. Where can I find these blocks? When I look to edit some parts I don’t see them in the menu?

    Hello,

I have enabled the Post Types option for pages in Elementor > Settings. Now, you can edit the page with Elementor to configure the elements.

Based on your first screenshot, edit the Home page with Elementor and modify the Categories widget. These are product categories, so navigate to Products > Categories and edit the desired categories.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

On other question about the theme. The main image has way too much spacing at te top. See attachment. I am trying to find if I can fix that in template, but can’t find it.

I already fixed something with padding and this looks better on desktop, but on mobile this doesn’t work. Could you instruct me the best way to fix this. See attachment.

It seems I managed to fix it already, but would be great if you could advice me what’s the best way to keep the design correct for both desktop as mobile.

    Hello,

To ensure proper spacing across both desktop and mobile, follow these steps in Elementor:
Navigate to > Pages in your WordPress dashboard > Edit Page with Elementor > Edit the Top Container and navigate to the Advanced tab.

Adjust the Padding settings for desktop, tablet, and mobile separately using the responsive controls.
    For detailed guidance, refer to:https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/top-and-bottom-paddings/
    .
This will help maintain a consistent design across all devices.

    Best Regards,
