There is an "X" at the bottom right of screen?

As you can see from the pic and go to the site, there is some strange X mark in the lower right, no idea what it does, you click it and just disappears very annoying.

What is it? Can you help get this off?

Please disable contact form plugin for a while and check if it disappears. If it disappears, please refer to the plugin documentation to get to know how to remove it as we do not have any instructions. This element does not relate to our theme.

Contact forms? I dont know what you mean? Why would that have to do with contact forms?

Can you login and just take a look, its been doing it for a few days now, makes no sense, feel like it has something to do with Cookie Pop Up, no?
