there is no option for background and font color change.how to make changes

I had install the theme.
but I din’t find many thing like background color, font change, font color, and so many things.
kindly help me.
Also I using the default layout, I wanted to change but there is no option for the layout change.

As soon as the theme has been installed with the required plugins, the Dashboard gets Theme Settings and Basel tabs. If you do not have the same, follow the manual https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/installation-process-2/

Navigate to the Theme Settings > General layout > Site background, Theme Settings > Styles and colors > Dark scheme, Theme Settings > Header > Appearance, Theme Settings > Footer > Footer background
