I have met this question several times, on my single product page, and now, I found that it appears my home page!
It almost disrupted all my layout, I don’t know how to delete it. As shown in the picture, I deleted all the templates, but it still appeared in that position.
actually, I wanna receive your reply, But I DON’T KNOW HOW TO USE THE SUPPORT FORM. I have some disappointing.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, provide the site admin access to the private area we shall check
