Three questions

Hello! Could you help me with two questions please?
1. How to insert language switcher button in top bar menu?
2. All links on my site are not underlined. How can i change this to underline links only in text and descriptions?
3. I made mega menu for categories using HTML blocks but it leads to https://teaonline.com.ua/?cms_block=podarochnye-sertifikaty not to category https://teaonline.com.ua/product-category/podarochnye-sertifikaty/. How can i change links to mega menu upper level?

1. To show the language switcher, you should use the WPML plugin on the site:

2. Can you please share the page URL where the issue exists or the links are not underlined?

3. To make the Parent Item of the Categories Mega Menu to lead to the respective Category, please make sure that you have added the Product Categories as Parent Items in that Menu like it is shown in the following Image: https://ibb.co/RPHTYtP

Please try using the below Custom CSS code and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:

.wc-tabs-wrapper .woocommerce-Tabs-panel .wc-tab-inner a {
   text-decoration: underline !important;
}
