adriana-6299ParticipantHi…I’m trying to make all thumbnails look the same, for the most part I’ve made all images the same size but for some it’s not possible, I went to appearance -> customize-> product images and clicked on crop 1:1, but it doesn’t seem to be working. The image still shows up as a rectangle instead of square. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi adriana-6299,
Thanks for reaching to us.
It is due to different heights of images. In order to have the same size image, I kindly recommend you prepare images you want before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) to have a nice-looking grid or You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
For the Product Archive page, please navigate to Theme Settings > Product archives -> Products styles, here you can enable the
Even product grid for desktop
option to align products if they have different height components.
https://prnt.sc/ASt5z0mmasuzPlease note that this option helps product items to be even, not resizing images.

adriana-6299ParticipantI did prepare the images, but like i said some images i cant do that. The even product grid looks terrible because it changes the height of only that one row and creates empty space in the ones that are square. Why dont the 1:1 thumb crop thing work? It doesn’t work with woodmart?

adriana-6299ParticipantWhile you’re there can you also look why when I see the individual products on the phone there’s almost no margin on the sides, the text is touching the end of the phone, but on the sample page it looks fine? I dunno what I could’ve done. Thank you.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi adriana-6299,
First of all, I am appreciate your patience.
1. Product images
You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
2. Single product
You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > edit the layout > select
Section
widget and you can turn offStretch section
option. https://ibb.co/tTBDZcNZFurther, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
