we are unsure why some elements on homepage aren’t using thumbnail settings. Sometimes, when I try to edit with wpbakery or backend editor sometimes it just loads forever… I even left my browser and its still loading when I come back.
also, the featured product image show empty product when we are in preview
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
