Thumbnails not resizing

Hi,

the thumbnails of my website are not all the same size? I tried to fix it with the Custromizer but nothing changes.

Yes I tried this, but it’s not working. If i do 1:1 or 4:3 the thumbnails are not showing the same sizes.

I have to upload 1800 products so I have downloaded the images via a CSV.
I am not able to scale all the images in Photoshop, they will be downloaded from the server of the suppliers.

I need a way that the thumbnails all look the same size.

Cropping should work, however, cropping does not make the images nice-looking, please provide your site admin access I will check.

The client put some thumbnails from the suppliers server so those images are blurry I know. But most of them are good quality, and the don’t show up nice in the grid.

Your images differ in height considerably, cropping make the images to be equal, provided images are high enough. When the width is cropped, the height is reduced automatically.
In your case, images high enough look good and small images are spread and that is why they are blurred. It does not depend on the theme, you will have to upload images more or less equal in size.

Did u also look on the shop page?
For example page 2 of a category grid list: https://www.lefshop.nl/product-category/kleding/page/2/

U see the products above are square, and below they are 4:3. While both product pictures are high enough?

And also how can i change the thumbnails of the related products. See attached. These images are high quality but not equal in height.

And can I fix the background color when i enlarge a product picture for example:
https://www.lefshop.nl/product/blossom-black/

I want the background to be white.

It is not possible to remove the image background. You will have to process images before uploading.

As for the image size, try to crop 1:1, your images are different considerably in size and it would be almost impossible to make them one size and look good.

i have resized my images. The height is now oke for all the thumbnails but not the width. Many images have some white space around them. How can I fix this?
