Another detail is the loading speed of the site. We have already optimized several resources but in the front end it loads very slowly this does not happen in the WP dashboart.

In general, our theme is already optimized and don’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

The overload of server resources happens when a product of the store is opened to see the details (Product Page). It is when resources are overloaded and the site is slow.
The size of the images I use are 800×600.
Is it advisable to use the 600×600 images?
Or use the dimensions indicated by the theme of 1200×800?

It seems that file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

Make the comparison between the wordpress theme and the basel theme, the result was that the wordpress theme loads faster and when loading the product page (product single) there is no problem, otherwise with the basel theme.

Perform the test with the theme plugins but the result was the same.

Sorry, but we can’t investigate it if your website is live and we are not allowed to switch between themes and temporarily disable plugins.

They can disable the plugins and change the theme, preferably if they can do it after 8 pm Mexico (GMT-5).

We didn’t change anything on your website. You just disable attribute swatches on the shop page and seems to work faster now. Maybe you have a lot of variable products with a huge number of variations.
