Too long time to load my website

Hello,
I’ve purchased your theme, already installed it, removed some plugins/medias that i don’t need at the moment, but for some reason it still take a long time to load completely.
Can you guys help me to solve it? Is it some host problem (should I upgrade it?)? Or can I do some more improvements to the theme to make it load a bit faster?

Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

I’ve installed an optimizing plugin to try. But you guys can check my admin panel and verify if theres another thing that can be slowing my website? Or try another solution?
I’ve send the login and password in the first post.
I’ll publish my website this month and if we make it a little faster would be great.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the default theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area for us to check

I have checked the site in PageSpeed Insights and there are three main reasons: https://prnt.sc/qkk4n6
So as you can see the main reason is the server, then compress JS and CSS with the plugins and deactivate the styles which you do not need, you can do it in the CSS Generator https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/css-generator/
