    Good evening,
    everything’s fine with Loco translate, however, MY account is not translated into French as “mon compte”.
    See attached.

    How do I correct this?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    It seems that you are not choosing the correct path to translate the string that’s why it’s not translated. You need to choose the correct path from Loco Translate >> Themes >> WoodMart.

    You are Most Welcome.

    I have replaced the .pot file from “Woodmart/languages/woodmart.pot.”. Then navigate to Loco Translate >> Themes >> WoodMart.

    Clicked synchronize and then found the string and translated it and the issue was fixed.

    I replaced by the same woodmart.pot” file on the other sites but it doesn’t work

    Hello,

    The string will not be translated by only replacing the .pot file you need to translate it. You need to Go to Loco Translated >> Themes >> WoodMart.

    Click synchronize first and then find the string and translate it according to your needs.

    You donโ€™t need to search the My Account toolbar you need to search for the text “My Account”. From Loco Translate >> Themes >> WoodMart.

    If you are still unable to translate the text then provide with the admin panel login details of the website you are facing the problem at to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    I have logged in to your website and tried to replace the .pot file using the WP file manager plugin and caught an error.

    Please provide with ftp or Cpanel details.

    OR

    You can simply change the .pot file from Cpanel and then synchronize before translation as you did for the other website. That will surely fix the issue.
