Top Bar and Search Button on Mobile Version

Hello, I have 2 questions:

1) ADD LINKS IN TOP BAR
I need add this links in my top bar like your demo:

I know this should activate from widgets because I did in my previous installation but unfortunately I had to delete the worpress instalation and I reinstall all and now I don´t remember how to add the links.
I don´t know if a changed the widget area but my current looks like this:

2) SEARCH BUTTON IN MOBILE VERSION
I don´t know where translate the word “Search” in the search field placeholder on the mobile version, I already have all theme translated with Loco Translate but the only word that I can’t translate is this:
