how add icons like the attached image?

Hello,

You can use “information box” element to display your icons and labels in html block. And then add your specific html block in your header from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Your default Header.

Or you can also use your icons inside your menus from Appearance >> Menus. Then add your specific menu using “Menu” element.
