top bar menu under header menu

I have create a html block in to top menu but if I hover it the sub menu is shown under header,
I have attached the photo for example.

hi, excuse me I have fix it with custom css, but I have another problem the link highlighted into image don’t works on mobile device.
Why?

Seems that you have set open the dropdown on click for this menu item in Appearance -> Menus. Try to remove this option since it doesn’t have any dropdown.
