Top Bar Right Menu Modifications

I want to have top bar menu like the following site

How do I remove the Home, Blog, Cart Links and add the text there.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

I am afraid there is no option to set the layout exactly similar to the sample provided. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Header > Header layout > choose one with a text – this is a widget area where you can insert your content.

View other tabs of the Header to show or hide the elements as per your needs.

That would give me an option for header, I want to modify Top-bar. How should I modify the options shown by default in right-top-bar

It will require complicated customization which is not covered by our support. Perhaps you can find a developer who can do it for you.
