Top bar Text not Showing

I want to show top bar text in my theme . please suggest where i can do this in theme options.

Your issue has been solved please check your site now after removing the browser cache, I have added my text content and it does not appear as your’s and then I inspect and found it has been hide using Custom CSS and then I have commented out the CSS and the issue resolved, please check the below given screenshots:

You can add the Text under WoodMart >> Header Builder >> and edit: scarlet products Header and change the Text as per your requirements as showing in the screenshots given below:
