As far as interpreting the screen it is Header banner. You can configure it or disable in the Theme Settings > Shop > Header banner.

Hello,

I can provide the custom CSS and cut the product categories titles. Product titles are cut in the Theme options > Shop Product Styles > Product titles lines limit.

In order to replace these images, enter each Product Category and upload the featured image.

In order to make the site multilingual, you need to add a plugin. Our theme is 100 % competitive with WPML.

Please deactivate the plugins and provide the site admin access to the private area the length or the title overflowing the block is stipulated by your plugins
