Topbar search show up on click, not on hover

I want to change the behavior of the search button in the top bar.

How can I do to show up the search only on click? Normally it shows on hover.

Hi! I use the header builder, the search form is in dropdown.

Unfortunately, there is no option to open it on click. It can be shown on hover only.

Is there a way via coding?

Sorry, but it may require additional CSS and JS customization and it is out of our theme support scope.
