Tranlated texts located in inc/settings.php

Hello!
I almost finished all needed translations but there are some last located in inc/settings.php.

Is there a way I can achieve that with a snippet?

if no, any other way so I dont overwrite ?

Actually it seems to be only one line of text.

“Before proceed to checkout you must add some products to your shopping cart.
