I saw the screenshot you attached.
1) To translate the close button in the sidebar widget you need to Go to Loco Translate >> Themes >> WoodMart.

2) And you cannot translate the icon on the sticky sidebar button on mobile. Because it is not text. It is an icon that is used there.
