Translate product “Shipping & delivery”

How can I translate this “SHIPPING & DELIVERY” tab, I can not find it when creating or editing product. I sen’t you an image.

Also I would like to know how can I change color of these buttons, I did change theme main color but only they did not change.

You can change the buttons in the Theme Settings > Styles and colors > Buttons.

Do you use WPML? If you do, you can translate this string in the WPML > String Translation.

Thank you for the buttons, but in regards of WPML I do use translate plugin but it is not only that string, once you click on it tab opens with whole bunch of content and pictures, I also want to be able to change that.

I do not see the WPML plugin in the admin panel. If you mean translating the title to another language, you need to replace the title in the Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs.
