I followed the steps described here https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/html-block-not-working-with-wpml/#post-58698 to translate the HTML blocks but I can’t find any strings that could be translated.

The way of HTML block translation depends on the area where you use. Please advise the application.

My fault. Sorry. The footer was added as a widget. I should have set 1 footer for every language. I had it on All languages.
