Good day! Using poedit I translated the theme, and put the files po and mo in:
    /my site/public_html/wp-content/themes/basel/languages
    But that does not change.
Could you tell me where to install the files?
    Thank you.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting us.

You need to place your translations to the folder /my site/public_html/wp-content/languages/themes/basel-ru_RU.po

If it doesn’t work please provide your FTP access we will try to help you.

    1. We can’t login with this password https://gyazo.com/0ece0a219721637ac22237f5f83ccb3c

    2. To enable Visual Composer for HTML Blocks you need to go to Visual Composer -> Role Manager ->
Post types -> “Custom” and check all post types you need including HTML Blocks

    Thank you.

It seems to be our theme bug that translations doesn’t apply for setting panel. Please check is it work now. If yes we will include this fix in the next theme update.

Thank you very much! All was fine with the translation:)

But, the new update is not applied by the plugin “Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades”. Says: “the destination Directory already exists.Theme installation failed.”

And, another question: is Your theme compatible with the plugin “WooCommerce Extra Product Options”?

Thank you so much for the prompt help! Very good team! 5+

We are glad to help you.

In this case you need to update theme manually by replacing theme folder through the FTP client. (FileZilla for example)

We didn’t test our theme compatibility with this plugin, but we always provide all the necessary support to ensure compatibility with any official woocommerce addons.
