How to import po and mo files to my new inastallation online?

You need to create an empty translation on your online server, and move the contents of “po” and “mo” files from “Server-local”\wp-content\languages\themes, in the same folder on your online server or you can upload the “po” files in Loco Translate -> Themes -> select your theme -> in the “Overview” tab click “Upload PO” -> Select file location and upload “po” files.
