Translation files are uploaded but the website is still in english

Hello,
I have made all the steps to translate our website from this link
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/translate-woodmart-theme-with-loco-translate/
I have renamed both files files to woodmart-bg_BG.po / woodmart-bg_BG.mo
I have changed it in General – Site Language
It is updated in woocommerce – status
But still in the frontend there is no translation.
