Translation in several strings does not work

    Hello,
    translation is not working on several texts on the topic,
    I’m using the Loco Translate plugin, within the plugin the translation is already done, but it doesn’t appear on the front-end.

    Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

    Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

    Hello, I checked the website after the changes you made and noticed that you only resolved one string (I sent an image of what was corrected). Now, the rest of the site remains untranslated. I did everything they told me to check: I cleared the browser cache and opened an incognito tab, but the problem persists (I sent the images for you to check). Furthermore, in the Loco Translate plugin, everything is correct. I would also like to know what you did to try to solve the problem.

    I did everything I was told and managed to translate almost everything. The only exception was the “Return to Shop” string. This is a pop-up that opens sideways in WooCommerce. Although I have already done the translation in the settings, this particular string is not being translated correctly. I sent the print so you can check exactly where the problem is.

    I checked that there is a missing translation in this popup when you click on ‘create wish list’, it is in the image

    It is the cache issue, there is no issue with the translation. Please delete all sorts of cache from the site cache plugins and from the server cache apps and then disable them until you finish the site.

    I am sure after disabling the cache your issue will be solved.

    Hello,
    I deleted any type of cache and disabled plugins that did this, both on the site and on the server side. However, even so, the problem persists. I noticed one thing: since the wishlist information is transmitted via Ajax, the theme is unable to translate on the first load. So when it loads again, it translates. In the video, I showed the points that are not being translated when logging in with Google. When logging in, the first message is displayed without translation and then the other strings are also not translated, as shown in the video link I left attached.

    Translation files were located in the wrong place. We have moved them to the right directory.
