Translation isn’t working

Hey there,
My goal is to translate the Woodmart theme into Bulgarian.
I downloaded the Woodmart “.po” and “.mo” files and added the language code “BG” to the files. I upload these files to my server.
My theme has been translated, but I can’t translate anything from the po file – the changes are not visible on frontend even if the po file is successfully changed, you can see in the screenshot below.

Thanks for reaching to us.
+ In order to change / translate words. Please make sure you synced the strings first before changing / translating WooCommerce, WoodMart Core plugins and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/
+ You are also need to select the language for the backend and theme settings for admin from the admin user profile, please edit the user’s profile and then select the language for that user it will show the same on the backend.

What do you mean by “synced the strings first”? Can you please give more details?
I have just followed the steps and installed the language using your guide. Now, I’m not able to change anything. Can you please help me with that?
I have noticed that after deactivating the TranslatePress plug-in, the issue is gone. Can you please help me with this?

Thanks for details.
If you want to translate the site into Multi languages then you should use the WPML plugin or if you want to use the Translatepress plugin then you have to translate the site from the Translatepress plugin not use the Loco Translate plugin on the site.
Please ask the Translatepress plugin support, which have not officially tested from us, and learn how to translate the site into multi languages from Translarepress plugin.
