    Dear WoodMart Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am using the WoodMart theme on a website hosted directly through WordPress.com. I have encountered an issue where the message “No products found” appears in the search results. I translated this message to “Ürün bulunamadı” using the Loco Translate plugin, but the change does not take effect.

I have also cleared the cache through WordPress, but this did not resolve the issue. Despite these efforts, the original English message still appears.

Could you please assist me in ensuring that the correct Turkish translation is displayed?

    Thank you for your help.

    Best regards,
    Koray Besirli

    Hello,

Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woodmart-Core >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

    Note:
    1. Custom (recommended)
    2. This is Loco’s protected folder under “wp-content/languages/loco/” which is safe from automatic updates and provides priority over the above locations.

If this folder doesn’t exist you may need to create it and ensure it has the correct permissions.

If the issue still exists then please send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and solve the issue for you.

For more information please read the theme documentation here:

    Hello Xtemos Support Team,

I have used Loco Translate to translate the “No Product Found” message into Turkish, but unfortunately, the translation is not appearing on my site. Despite following all the necessary steps and successfully saving the translation in Loco Translate, the phrase still remains in English.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help resolve this issue.

    Thank you for your support.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

May be there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

I followed all the steps you suggested. First, I deactivated all the third-party plugins and only activated the theme-required plugins. However, the issue still persists.

After that, I activated the third-party plugins one by one and checked again, but I couldn’t identify which plugin is causing the issue. The problem is still there. I would appreciate it if you could help me further with this.

    Thank you.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

Can you please share the FTP or CPanel login as well so I will check why the translation is not working? At my test site all is working fine.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

I am currently hosting my site through WordPress.com, so I do not have access to the cPanel or FTP login details. I will contact WordPress.com to request this information. Once I have the details, I will share them with you.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

Yes, I am waiting for you next message.

I think the issue is because of the WordPress.com. Please move the site to the live domain which you will use for the site, then check the translation issue, I am sure you will not find any issue. I have already tested on my test site and the translation is working fine. There is no issue in the theme or loco translation plugin.

    Best Regards.
