Translation ,multilingual

My original language is spanish, when i translate to english the home i see the title and the side bar, but that one is not in the original spanish home.

Also for all the posts the secondary language does not respect settings like: Hide title or my header does not show language selector like in Spanish

Please edit the english translation homepage and make sure that the page title and sidebar is disabled for it as well.

It is disabled in the original version, but there is no option when i translate.

Also i can not translate all of it, the carousel you see in the middle can not see it in the translation page.

That text in the circle in to available in the translation form, also all the HTML block i can not translate. they do not show all the info.

Here are my problems:
1.- I can not translate HTML Blocks. It only show to translate title.
2.- The home page show the title bar in english, i can not decibel it.
3.- In the home page not all text apera in the advanced translation editor, the text in the carousel does not aperar.
4.- I follow all the steps for the header, but i can not make it work.

Pleas help, this is very important.
