uixParticipanti think its ajax,
For example when i change the quantity of a product in the cart( side off canvas cart, not the page ) when the change happens it reverts back to englishAttachments:

01. The login link details you provided are not working anymore. Please share the correct login details so I can check the issue and give you a possible solution.
02. Please make sure that the wishlist page is set up properly under Theme Settings > Shop > Wishlist.

uixParticipanthmm i logged in with the account i given you to see if it works , and the bug is gone on that account. i think its because the account is primary admin language greek while the account i am using is english. weird

Yes, it is working fine with the site’s default language. When the normal user logs in to your site and tries to increase the quantity in the mini cart it will works fine, did not change the language of the cart buttons.

You are using a custom layout for my account for all endpoints that is why it is showing account layout, Navigate to Layouts > disable the “My account layout Christmas-2” and check the issue.

Yes, the difference you’re seeing is because your wishlist page is displayed within the My Account layout, which includes the account sidebar. The demo page I shared shows the wishlist as a standalone page, without the account panel.
If you want to disable the sidebar, please let me know. I will check and give you a possible css code to hide the sidebar.
