    Dear WoodMart Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I’ve encountered using the Loco Translate plugin on my website that is built with the WoodMart theme.

    Details of the Issue:

    I have successfully installed Loco Translate and added a new language to my site.
    I then enabled the synchronization feature within Loco Translate to update the translation files.
    Despite waiting for over two days, the translation progress still displays as 0% translated.

    Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:

    I have ensured that the Loco Translate plugin is correctly configured.
    I have attempted to manually update and sync the files several times.
    I have checked for any potential conflicts with other plugins but found none that are apparent.

    Given these efforts, the issue persists, and I am unsure how to proceed to resolve this effectively. Could you please provide guidance on how to fix this problem or suggest any specific settings that might need to be adjusted within Loco Translate or WoodMart theme configurations?

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    + In order to change / translate words. Please make sure you synced the strings first before changing / translating WooCommerce, WoodMart Core plugins and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article

    + You are also need to select the language for the backend and theme settings for admin from the admin user profile, please edit the user’s profile and then select the language for that user it will show the same on the backend.

    I got it fixed.
    However there is another issue I’m facing. Even though the Account icon on header is set for sidebar I’m getting dropdown.
    Can you please look into it?

    Hi DJLS1997,

    You should set Sidebar for Account element in Mobile header as well.

    Please double check.

    It is already selected for both Desktop and Mobile. Still it is a dropdown.
