Turn off capital letters

Hi ! A query ! Because the texts appear in capital letters when I am loading them in lower case letters. I can’t figure out how to configure it to look normal. I attach the two images. Regards

I saw the screenshots you attached and visited your website and it seems that your website is loading from cache. Please delete the cache folder from “Wp-content”.

Then deactivate cache plugin, clear browser cache and check back. If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue or confirm the permit for us to do that. We need to disable plugins for 10-15 minutes.
