Unable to add variable product cart within popup

I have a bug where I can’t add a variable to the cart within a pop-up

The error message is

“Please choose product options by visiting ”
Can you help me please?

Sorry to say but we have tried adding a Variable Product to Cart on your Site and it was added fine to the Cart. See this image for reference: https://ibb.co/0yRtSRf

So, right now we can’t seem to find any issues with that. If there is something specifically happening then kindly mention that with some Screenshots or a Video for our better understanding.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

On the Single Product page of your Site, we are seeing a Popup that shows when you click Start Consultation button > where you then select the Variations to add them to Cart.

Can you please confirm how this Popup is appearing on your Site for the Variable Products? Because we aren’t getting such Popup on our Test Site to get the Variable Products to Cart.

And as far as we have confirmed from the Test Site for the Variable Products, they are working fine by selecting Variants first > and then clicking on Add to Cart. Here you can see one of the Product from Test Site: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/product/new-test-product/

Also, please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check and proceed further with the mentioned issue on your Site.

So I’m quite confused about what you’re saying.

You’re able to see the product and variation and the add to cart button, But not able to add it to the cart.

If this is what you’re saying, this is the same situation on my side and is the problem and is what I’m asking for assistance with.

OR are you asking how the pop-up is triggered?
If this is your question it’s triggered by an elementor button that uses the pop-up option.

Sorry to say but the functionality working fine which we mentioned you earlier regarding the Add to Cart button was on our Test Site.

Sorry to say but your provided WP-ADMIN Login details aren’t working. Can you please share valid WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site so that we can proceed further and check the issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

Apologies those credentials are now working and I have successfully logged in with those credentials.

And I understand that it works within your demo website but it’s not working on mine and I’m hoping to get some support to make it work with the pop-up.

Sorry for the inconvenience, could you please once check this concern with default WP Theme activated on your Site. If the issue persists with the default WP theme too, then try contacting the Elementor and WooCommerce Support in this regard. They will guide you through.
