Unable to deacivate my pervious domain

Hi i have purchased woodmart them from ThemeForest, i already activated it with a domin, and now i want to change it form the pervious domain & activate it with a new one. please i have tried to remove my account but it not working need your support pls

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

You can move your mouse over the domain name on your screenshot and see a “Remove” button. It allows you to remove all previously-activated domains and use your purchase code to activate the theme on a new website.
