Apologies if this has been asked before, I could not find it and could not fix it as well.

I have a navbar which appears when I scroll down a bit and then try to scroll back up, while the actual bar is okay, the sticky bar which I see upon scrolling back up has messed up logo dimension and looks ugly.

I tried to find option to fix or disable it but could not, require help in fixing it. Kindly help.

I have already checked the demo site, it looks like I might have turned the feature on and now unable to find the right option to turn it off. Can I request your assistance in finding the option?

    2 asks:

    1. Where is this option in the plugin
    2. How can change logo height on this bar as logo dimension appears to be messed up.

I have created a video and uploaded on youtube, please review which should give you better understanding of the problem.

    Hello,

You have enabled the cloned header (default set of elements that is not changeable) If you want the sticky header to have the elements you have on the desktop, disable the cloned header: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/global-header-settings/

Then make the rows sticky in the row settings: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/

Please take a close look to this option: Sticky effect. There are two kinds of sticky header effects available: stick on scroll and slide after scrolling down. If you choose the second type you are able to enable the “Sticky header clone” option. The last one will create a different header layout that will be used for the sticky header. It contains only generic elements like logo, menu, search, shopping cart widget. You are also able to specify the sticky header height option there.

You will find all details instructions here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
