unable to setup woodmart theme error

I am getting below error, while I followed the steps and disabled all external plugins.
Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact our theme support for help.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and try to install the theme following this instruction: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/
If you still have the problem, please provide your site admin access and FTP into the Private area.
