please find the reply from WPML support team.
    …………..
    Dear Hitesh,

Marcos Vinicios Barreto from WPML support has added the following message to your support thread:

    String Translation.
    Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I took a detailed look in your website and could notice the culprit here is not WPML usage, instead it is a known issue between your cache plugin (WP Rocket) and the WooCommerce mini cart implementation of your theme as you can read at: https://wp-rocket.me/blog/using-woocommerce-dynamic-cart-wp-rocket/.

The suggested method of fixing it is implementing a fully ajax mini cart, something only the theme developer can do. I also recommend you to get in touch with WP Rocket support in order to learn more if there’s any update from them that could fix this issue.

Thank you for your understanding, have a nice day.
    ……….

could you please let me know know how can I Implement fully Ajax mini cart.

    Regards.
    hitesh

    Hello,

Actually, our shopping cart is already dynamically updated with AJAX as described in the article. We utilize standard WooCommerce widget for that. That is why we ask you to check how it works with a storefront (WooCommerce base) theme to see if it is our theme issue or not.

    Kind Regards
