Unable to turn off Blog Author and Publish Date

I tried turning off meta in theme settings, but author still appears. Same with publish date. thank you

Maybe you are using a custom layout for a blog page, Navigate to Layouts > Edit blog layout with elementor and in the elements visibility disable the published date and meta information and check the issue.
