Unable to Update Woodmart Theme

Hi, I am unable to update the Woodmart theme installed on my site.
Error below:
Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
Hello,
Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme Licence and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
If you are still unable then provide the admin panel login and FTP details of the website.

Please, try to upload the theme from ThemeForest and set it via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.

Hi,
Thanks so much for the reply. I have been trying to upload the new version of the theme however I am unable to successfully do so as it just keeps loading. It’s more than an hour and still, it’s just loading and loading and loading, really nothing happens.
