To upload and install the theme in an appropriate manner read and follow the below documentation:

As you facing the error while uploading the theme via wordpress. Try to upload your theme via FTP. Then you will surely upload your theme successfully without facing any error.

Uploaded through FTP and File Manager just the Woodmart folder, still the same message Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘class’ (T_CLASS), expecting identifier (T_STRING) or variable (T_VARIABLE) or ‘{‘ or ‘$’ in /home3/redaxcan/restobrands.com/wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/classes/Singleton.php on line 32

Could you please update PHP to the version 7.2? Also, send us your admin and FTP access.

Please, try to reinstall the theme completely. If you will still see this error, ask your hosting provider to check this too.

We tried to install and reinstall several times. The hosting provider tired several times as well but it does not work. We have purchased several themes from Envato but never encountered these issues.

These issues are with the theme. We are now contacting Envato for the refund as we are very dissatisfied with the theme and its author.
