unable update wood-mart theme

There are showing errors when we go to update my theme

Error – An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Hi.. I tried both still my site faces the vulnerabilities and redirecting issue. I followed all the steps.

Make the full backup of your site and update via FTP

If you need help, then provide admin panel login and ftp details i will update the theme on your site.
