Unrecognized add to cart pop-up

When I add a product, a pop up appears, but it appears in normal color, when I click on another part of the screen the pop up does not close, but when I click on the view cart, the pop up appears, with a dark screen , I click on another place and the pop up disappears, the subtotal of the order also does not appear in the popup. I have it configured well, I don’t know what’s happening.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
