unwanted pop and recent post tab

I am not using any pre-built page, i made my custom page and i did not download any thing except your theme. Whenever i create new page and make it live it shows me blank popup and at the page it automatically added the recent post. I want to get rid of these things. How can i do that ? Please see the attached images and ans me step by step. Thanks

whenever i create a new page the recent post comes in that page too however i followed your step and have turned off recent post. Kindly see attached 2 images and guide me step by step.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme (if you use the child) and check the issue.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I dont have any extra or unnecessary plugin i have only your theme required plugin and i have done all steps which you said. i want you to resolve this issue asap please.

i have disabled plugin which you mentioned but still i am having same problem. see the image

leave it i found the problem. it was in footer column 2 however this is not correct because i have disabled the footer as well then why it was showing there ? that’s mean in your theme you have glitches which you should resolve.

If you mean the Recent posts in the sidebar, you need to remove the Recent post widget from the Main Sidebar area in Appearance > Widgets.

I have created a post and a page https://gyazo.com/4a50db19020f0207f4212d55f4dc3659 and https://gyazo.com/d5ee80dd896cadc5f5872224b381ab56 and see the posts in the sidebar onlhy.
