Update 7.2.5 failed

Hi guys,

I’ve tried to update the theme with the latest version but it raised the following error:

Update failed: L’archive n’a pas pu être installée. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
UNQUOTE

What should I do ?Wait a new version?

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Before providing access and disabling the plugins and the Child theme, we have another issue that might be related and would appreciate your assistance.

Specifically, we’re experiencing slowness on the site. In the Woodmart status, it indicates that the PHP Time limit is set to 160, whereas you recommend 180. Our hosting provider cannot change this parameter on shared servers, so we have to work with what we have.

However, we are facing a significant delay in the site’s display. We consistently encounter a 3-second delay where the site does not respond. PageSpeed suggests it’s an issue with the server’s initial response time.

We are hosted with OVH, and they do not detect any problems. The OVH community suggests that this could be due to the theme or a plugin making an external connection and until it’s processed, the site does not display. Could you please prioritize this issue for us and see if it’s related to the theme?
