I’ve been updating your theme via the automatic update feature. However this of course does not update the included plugins. I notice the Visual Composer requires updating. How would I go about this?

All included plugins can be updated via Appearance -> Install plugins. You just need to have the latest version of our theme to be able to update the plugins.
