update problem

I have a problem updating the woodmart theme.
Here is the error message:
“La mise à jour a échoué : L’archive n’a pas pu être installée. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

Make sure your ZIP has theme files not the inner ZIP. If you still have the problem, make the full backup of your site and provide your site admin access as well as FPT to the private area.

This is the “automatic” update with wordpress. I did not do it manually. I can not say if it’s a zip or not.
