Update template 4.6 with errors

Greetings! We have a urgent issue we need to solve regarding the template: Woodmart Xtemos:
We noticed that after updating the theme to its latest version, the customizations applied to our website aren’t showing up a 100%, they show up in an intermittent way and this is affecting the current interface of a lot of our websites.
Can you help us solving this problem? Thank you

Please follow these suggestions before theme update:

1. Make the full backup of your site.

2. Export Theme Settings.

3. Keep all your custom CSS in the Theme Settings > Custom CSS.

4. Keep all your custom JS in the Theme Settings > Custom JS.

5. If you have added a PHP custom code, keep in the child theme and update the parent one.

If you do all and settings are reset, restore the site from the backup and we shall check and help you update without losses.

I performed the test you told me about and unfortunately the intermittent operation continues. The Theme Settings section sometimes works and sometimes it doesn’t. I need another option for this update, because I renewed my support for a period more 🙁
