Update Theme Options Breaks

I’ve used your theme for many years, love it. I’m running into a very odd problem. Here’s the breakdown:

I noticed the site looked funny (production – http://www.safetywalk360.com, see screenshot 1) – the footer was “white” (before it was set to black #000000). I went to theme settings, it was set to black, tried to save again and nothing. I also noticed the menu text and body text was different.The fonts, buttons, all the theme setting functions were not working. No matter what I tried to do. So, I restored the site back to when it was working.

Made updates, to the site but didn’t touch theme settings. I went to the footer tab to update the date from 2020 to 2021, saved. As soon as I reviewed the site, it was broken again. Can’t save anything in the theme settings.

I created the dev site above to reproduce the problem. I’ve shut off all secondary plugins, only plugins active are what comes with the theme. Please go to Theme Settings, Edit any theme setting (save) and you will see that it stops working.

I’ve never ran into this before. I’m not sure what is causing it. Any direction you can provide would be amazing.

Please make sure that you have set both the addresses same as mentioned in our detailed documentation in the following link: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/icons-has-been-disappeared/

Then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of your live site then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
