How to update wpbakery? This plugin does not update automatically.

If you have any problems (these problems are often caused by the host security or size max size limitations) you can upload the recent version of the plugins from this forum profile and install via Dashboard > Plugins or FTP.

1. Make the full backup of your site.

2. Deactivate and delete the current version.

3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

4. Upload and install.

Will my settings be lost? why do i need to make a backup?

Hello,

The backup should be done before any update of the theme/plugin and when you install a new plugin. Usually, everything should be saved, however, if you have other plugins, which may conflict the new version of a plugin, and break something, you will have the option to restore everything easily.
